Thank you for this information. I had to comment that yes, you can ingest crystal essences made from toxic crystals, if the essences are made with an INDIRECT METHOD. This means that the crystals are NOT placed directly into the water, but instead in a bowl which floats on top of the water and/or on the outside of the bowl which contains the water. The crystals’ healing vibrations will still be absorbed into the water without any toxicity. The majority of crystals are toxic, the only crystals that can be placed into water safely are the Quartz varieties–Clear, Citrine, Ametrine, Amethyst, Rose Quartz– plus Apophyllite, and a few others. Most have to be used in the indirect method. I have created most of my essences this way and they are perfectly safe to ingest. Best wishes!
